DORSIA PASTA
Here’s what happened:
During three cozy evenings in February 2023, Cola Love collaborated with Dorsia Pasta Co. to showcase the extraordinary talents of Pierce Bowers through a prix fixe 5-course menu.
With two sold-out seatings each night, we had the privilege of serving 180 guests.
Thoughtfully curated wine pairings accompanied a meticulously prepared menu. Love letters were written and beautifully calligraphed by our very own, Mara Zepeda. Connections were made at our community tables. Bouquets were created by guests at our flower bar. Pasta was eaten. Fun was had. Magic was created. Love was shared.

A guests love letter to Columbia:
“Columbia, you are warm, friendly, and unassuming. You have been so kind to me in all the years that I’ve known you – you have seen me grow from an awkward 18 year old student to a confident happy adult. You’ve seen me fall in love, get married, and grow a family. You have given me a safe space to evolve.”
